Assembly is incredibly easy as all parts are custom made for direct fitment over existing dial rims and, because they are attached by pre-fitted Acrylic foam adhesive tape, Chromiumtech claims it can take as little as five minutes to install this kit.

The 12-piece set includes door handles and door speaker surrounds, window switch surrounds plus central holder and central switch surrounds, and a shift gear surround, finished in brushed aluminium.

According to Schmiedmann, it is the world’s largest supplier of BMW styling, tuning and equipment. As such, this specialist can supply you with a whole host of products to personalise your car’s cabin. One product in particular caught our attention though – its flat-bottomed three-spoke sport steering wheel.

The wheel is handmade with genuine perforated Aeronappa leather and Alcantara, and we reckon it will look just fantastic in more modern BMW saloons, 4x4s and sports cars.

M Style

If you’re looking to add some über-chic style to your BMW’s interior then check out these complete carbon fibre kits from M Style.

These handmade, carbon interior trim kits come in a choice of either black or silver, and consist of overlays for the cockpit, centre console, doors and armrests where needed for each model.

M Style carbon trims can be bought for most 3-series BMWs including the E39, E46, E60 and E90-93, but be sure to double-check on M Style’s website (www.bmwmstyle.co.uk) if you’re unsure.

Expect to pay £495 if you’d like your trim in black and slightly more if you’d prefer silver – that’s £595. For a reasonable additional fee, M Style will also fit all of these parts, if you’d rather not be left to do it yourself.

Classic Additions

Do you like the idea of going top down in your open-top BMW, but tend to avoid doing so because it either gets uncomfortably cold or just too windy?
