Cambridge Motorsport Parts has begun stocking Hawk Performance’s new HB325F brake pad for a number of popular BMW saloons and 4x4s.

These Hawk pads are street-legal Ferro Carbon pads, which offer a higher coefficient of friction over that of standard brake pads. As such, CMP claims that these pads offer 20 to 40 per cent more stopping power and a higher resistance to brake fade.

These pads are highly durable, long-lasting and apparently produce less brake dust than comparable makes (which helps keep your wheels cleaner). What’s more, they work well directly from cold and are said to be virtually noise-free in operation.
