BMW UK has scooped six awards from one of the country’s leading fleet publications. Business Car magazine has honoured BMW with ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ for the fourth year in a row and ‘Business Car of the Year’ for its 1-Series.

Furthermore, the manufacturer was awarded with ‘Green Car of the Year’ for its 320d EfficientDynamics Saloon and for the third year in a row, both the X5 and 3-Series Saloon held onto their titles by being named ‘Large 4x4 of the Year’ and ‘Upper Medium Car of the Year’ respectively. Topping off the awards haul, the 7-Series was also voted ‘Luxury Car of the Year’.

The Business Car Awards are the only honours voted for solely by the title’s readers in the fleet industry. Paul Barker, Editor of Business Car commented: “BMW’s impressive and class-leading combination of desirability, efficiency and driving pleasure has again show itself with this batch of awards, proving that the brand is at the forefront of the company car market.”
